Catholic Culture: Flowers and Friends Quilling Kit (Paper Filigree)

This beginner's quilling kit includes simple flowers and butterflies to delight anyone new to the art of paper filigree! Develop basic quilling skills and learn a fun technique called "alternate side looping."  Includes 1 set of instructions and quilling paper. Quilling paper is 8" long, 1/8" wide. 

Also included: the slotted quilling tool needed to easily complete quilling projects.
